The Lodge also has an extensive wine list with more than 50 choices from around the world.
Portals Restaurant: Portals Restaurant is a state-of-the-art restaurant located in the lodge at Suncadia Resort. The stylish atmosphere of the restaurant is perfect for savoring handcrafted cocktails and modern, locally-sourced American fare. The restaurant's menu includes innovative dishes made with fresh ingredients, such as grass-fed beef sliders and wild-caught salmon. Swiftwater Cellars: Swiftwater Cellars is a modern American steak and seafood restaurant at Suncadia Resort. Menu offerings include locally-sourced steaks, seafood, and salads. Fifty-6 Degrees Lounge: A contemporary lounge located in The Lodge at Suncadia. Enjoy a view of the Cascades and taste one of the 56 rotating seasonal cocktails. As the resort embodies seasonal changes throughout the year, so does the cocktail menu, featuring 14 new cocktails each season. This Fall, our cocktails feature warm spices and summer-grown herbs from our very own Hay Creek Garden.
Gas Lamp Grille: Formerly called Prospector’s, is a casual, family-friendly restaurant at Suncadia Resort, offering classic pub fares such as burgers, salads, and sandwiches. They also feature a Northwest breakfast menu and a wide selection of craft beers and cocktails to choose from.
Mulligans: Need a snack after those first nine holes? Grab sandwiches, snacks, and beverages at Mulligans, located at the 9th hole on Prospector Golf Course. The restaurant offers a casual menu of sandwiches, burgers, salads, and appetizers, plus a selection of beer and wine.
Other options include the Coal House Market and Suncadia’s own Food Truck & Mobile Bar which moves to different locations around the resort.
