Spring Fest (April 13th)
Celebrate the onset of spring at Suncadia Resort with the Spring Fest, a free event on April 13th from 12 - 4 PM, perfect for families and individuals alike. This Earth Day event, rain or shine, offers a range of wellness and educational activities. Partnering with the WSU Forestry Department and the Department of Natural Resources, the event focuses on forest health, wildlife habitat, and protection. Attendees can participate in e-cycling and bring items like old cell phones and household batteries for collection by Kittitas County Solid Waste, as well as old computers and TVs for E-Cycle Washington. The festival is also a delight for kids with activities such as face painting by Allison, making flower crowns, a color photo booth, creating seed bombs and beeswax wraps, and building bird feeders. This family-friendly event promises a day filled with learning, fun, and engagement with the community and the environment.
Trails & Biking
The 1,000 Steps project at Suncadia Resort offers a unique outdoor experience, connecting The Lodge to the Cle Elum River. This journey encompasses an elevation change equivalent to a 19-story building across 393 steps. Along the way, you can enjoy scenic overlooks and picturesque seating areas. The steps not only provide access to river activities but also a challenging and rewarding walk. Additionally, Suncadia boasts over 40 miles of trails for biking, hiking, and more.
